This is today's collection of lambs for docking & branding
I have been a bit busy.
The warm mornings this week have helped the little lamby nursery. The ewes keep delivering healthy lambs and the sweet little sounds of Mums and babes fill up the lambing stalls. The walk from the door of the lambing shed to the other is filled with the sweetest faces, constant mothering & baby sounds ("maaaa"), and the teeniest-tiniest hearts beating happily in their little woolen bodies.
How can you not smile at these faces looking back at you?
This is a blessed place of real life~ sweet beginnings, trials and hardships, character building chaos, and such tender mercies. I am overwhelmingly tired and perfectly heart-filled in this sweet place.
